"The Middle Manager" is a software package that provides management tools
necessary to guide, track, and document the flow of work and information in an
organization.  At the heart of the system is a flowchart that guides the work
from station to station, depending on the type of work to be done.  The
flowchart is designed by a manager responsible for movement of work in the
organization.  Each step in the flowchart guides the work process to the
appropriate work location for the type of work to be done.  As the work is
completed and inspected, the result of that step determines what the next task
is and what the next station is for the next type of work to be done until the
final step is completed.  The program keeps track of time and materials,
prints shipping reports, invoices, and many management reports as well as "ad
hock" custom reports.  The program allows an organization to easily handle the
increasing requirements for employers to document all aspects of the modern
organization.  It also allows your organization to expand and grow while at
the same time maintaining the current level of management.
